We offer a selection of premium elk venison from our own farm raised animals. We never use growth promoters and our animals are raised on pasture in the summer, hay in the winter and are supplemented at various times of the year with grains.
Elk meat is very low in fat in cholesterol, comparable with skinless chicken breast. It is also high in Omega 3 & 6 and iron. For anyone familiar with the weight watcher guide:
1 oz of elk = 1 point vs. 1 oz of beef = 2 points
Larger orders, including full freezer orders are welcomed with discounts based on volume. All our meat is prepared in a Government inspected facility and is sold frozen and vacuum packed.
